PeriodlyWise is now a certified Period Positive Workplace. This is a meaningful workplace and awareness milestone for a project built around privacy-first cycle tracking, menstrual health education, and practical support for people who menstruate.

The certification comes through The Period Positive Workplace Coalition, which recognizes organizations that support menstrual health needs and help make periods easier to talk about in workplace settings. For PeriodlyWise, that fits the same direction we try to bring into the product itself: clear language, less stigma, better preparation, and respect for sensitive health information.

Why this matters for PeriodlyWise

Periods do not stop being personal when someone is at work, school, or managing a busy day. Cramps, heavy flow, headaches, fatigue, mood changes, digestive changes, and irregular timing can affect how a person plans their time and comfort. A period-positive workplace culture does not need to be dramatic. It can start with ordinary respect, practical flexibility, and language that does not make menstruation feel embarrassing.

That is also how PeriodlyWise approaches its tools. The Period Tracker, Ovulation Tracker, Fertility Window Tracker, and Irregular Period Tracker are built to make cycle timing easier to understand without pretending the body follows one perfect calendar pattern.

What we stand for

This certification is a reminder that menstrual health support should be practical, respectful, and easy to understand. PeriodlyWise will continue to publish plain-language guides about period care, cramps, cycle changes, sleep, stress, spotting, flow, headaches, PMS, PMDD, digestion, exercise, and everyday planning.

We will also keep improving privacy-conscious features such as saved records, cycle history, shareable summaries, and installable PWA access. The goal is not to make tracking feel heavy. The goal is to help people notice patterns, prepare calmly, and keep control over their own cycle information.

Responsible cycle education

Being period-positive also means being careful. Calendar-based estimates can be useful, but they cannot diagnose a condition, confirm ovulation, confirm pregnancy, provide contraception, or replace a healthcare professional. That is why PeriodlyWise keeps its calculation explanations, privacy-first tracking page, and Medical Disclaimer easy to find.

We are proud of this certification because it supports the wider direction of PeriodlyWise: less shame, clearer education, practical tools, and privacy-first cycle support. It is one more signal that this project is being built with care.
